When will I get by subscription box?

If you ordered a monthly subscription your box will ship on the first week of the month after 30 calendar days in the same month. See below for calendar:

If you ordered a quarterly subscription your box will ship on the first week of March, June, September and December. Orders must be received one month prior to the quarterly ship date to receive the next quarter shipment. See the calendar below for dates:

What is A Cup or Two?

A Cup or Two is your new favorite subscription box and online retail shop! With your order you get to choose if you want to receive one hot beverage cup or two hot beverage cups each month or just one time. Each order includes a sample  coffee or tea to try from purveyors around the globe.  

I don’t like coffee/tea, can you do just tea/coffee samples in my box?

When you sign up for your subscription or from our retail shop you get to choose if you want coffee or tea samples with your box, or you can choose our favorite option “surprise me!” where you never know which sample you are going to get.

What is inside A Cup or Two’s box?

Each box has a hot beverage cup (coffee mug or tea cup) or two hot beverage cups depending on your order. Along with a sample of either coffee or tea depending on your choices. Each sample comes with a description of the tea or coffee sample, best ways to brew it and where you can buy more.

If you ordered an artisan box there is also a description and bio on the artist and where you can find more of their work.

How do you pick the items that go into each box?

Each month we determine a theme and find mugs and samples that tie into that theme. An example is a pumpkin blend coffee or chia tea with a fall themed mug.

Our artisan boxes are based on the artist showcase for that quarter and accompanying coffee or tea sample.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do! Sign up for our mailing list and we will send you a discount code for 10% off a subscription box for life!

How do I get started?

Check out our products and follow the steps to start your subscription or to place a retail order.

How often am I billed?

You are billed monthly for your A Cup or Two standard subscription and quarterly for your artisan subscription. You are only billed once for retail purchases. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go, but please follow the link in the email sent to you for your customer portal to cancel.  

All cancellations need to be made 30 days before the next billing cycle and you will receive your last box accordingly.

How do I change my shipping/billing info for my subscription?

Please login into your customer portal that was sent to you via email to make changes.

Will I get a notification when my box ships?

Yes, after we ship them out you will get a notification along with a tracking number.

One of my mugs is broken!

Please send us back the broken mug and we will happily replace it. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace it with the same mug (especially with artisan mugs) but we will do our best!   

Can I change my subscription?

If you would like to switch your subscription to another box, please cancel your existing order and re-subscribe to a new one. Please allow for 60 days for the change to occur.

How much is shipping?

Each subscription includes shipping and shipping for retail is determined at checkout. 

I am a ceramics artist and would like to be showcased in A Cup or Two’s subscription box and online retail shop.
